Introducing TrainingForClimbing.com!
Welcome Friends! Though we may have never met, we are connected
through our shared passion for climbing. Over the last 28 years,
I have "talked training" with thousands of climbers and
I'm proud to have helped tens-of-thousands of individuals around
the world improve their climbing through my books, magazine articles,
"climbing performance" seminars, and now this website!
It
is my goal to maintain TFC as the Internet's #1 source for comprehensive
information on all aspects of climbing performance. Only here will
you learn the latest on strength training, technique training and
mental training--all vitally important if you want to climb up to
your potential. Furthermore, TFC wants to foster a global community
of those interested in training for climbing. We'll present everthing from the latest research papers on climbing performance to the newest training products entering the market.
TrainingForClimbing.com
believes that we can all "train smarter, and climb harder!"
Regardless of whether you climb 5.6 or 5.13, there are new personal
barriers to be broken given quality information and the discipline to
apply it consistently. In addition to providing you with a wealth of
information, it is my hope that this site will indeed inspire you in
some way. I look forward to hearing from you when you send the "big
project" or dream climb!
As
a FREE information website, we ask that you support TFC by purchasing
one or more of our books on training for climbinb. You
can place credit card orders using our PayPal shopping cart. Thanks
in advance for your support of this site--please help spread the word
about TrainingForClimbing.com. Here's wishing you the
best both on and off the rocks and, who knows, maybe some fine day at
the crags we will finally meet! — EH
